The NYSSMA festival will take place Friday, May 30 and Saturday May 31, 2025 for all instruments and vocal except piano. Piano only NYSSMA Festival will take place Friday, June 13 and Saturday, June 14, 2025. Registration for NYSSMA is complete. Good luck at the Spring Festival.

Juilliard’s music advancement program (MAP) is a tuition-free Saturday program serving intermediate and advanced music students from New York City and the tri-state area who demonstrate a commitment to artistic excellence. Maps young musicians experience a life-changing program that focuses on the development of the whole person by fostering:
musical excellence, thriving community, inclusivity and compassion, grit and resilience, healthy challenges. Classes take place at Juilliard on Saturdays from 8:30 AM to 6:00 PM during the academic year. Eligible students must be between the ages of 8 and 17, reside in the tri-state area, and have played their instrument for at least two years.
